This Tibetan Mala is composed of 108 beads made of amethyst and chrysocolla. These two stones are used in lithotherapy because they deliver numerous benefits.

Amethyst is a purple stone that helps reduce negative emotions such as anxiety or anger. This stone also soothes the mind and increases willpower.

As for chrysocolla, it is a green stone associated with calmness, peace, and tranquility. It is therefore a stone that promotes inner peace and mental rest. If you practice meditation, it will help you achieve mindfulness.

Moreover, the Tibetan Mala is a very popular piece of jewelry as it is known to ward off negative energies. It is a protective amulet that emits positive vibrations when worn on your wrist or around your neck.

The Tibetan Mala is an ancient ethnic jewelry. Its creation dates back over 3000 years.

It was created by Tibetan monks to count the recitations of Mantras. Each bead represents one recitation. Thus, when the necklace is completed, the prayer session can come to an end.

Normally, a session consists of 100 recitations of Mantras. But 8 beads were added to the jewelry to cover any potential omissions or errors.

The number 108 also has other meanings. It symbolizes the 108 names of Buddha, the 108 yoga poses, and the 108 trials Buddha went through to attain enlightenment.

The Tibetan 108 bead Mala is therefore a jewelry piece loaded with spiritual significance. Wear it around your neck or on your wrist to enjoy all its benefits.
