Bought three lovely bracelets, and all exactly as described and delivered within a week of order. I would certainly use again. Communication on order/delivery and tracking was exceptional (although the emails I got were in French 😎). When I ordered on UK site, I didn’t appreciate that everything shipped from China - but wasn’t an issue at all. I give Tibetan Soul a 5 Star review simply because it was deserved
