Got scammed!

What I received was obviously NOT lapis lazuli! Looks like synthetic material or different stone. I’m 100% sure It’s completely different from the product’s picture. If I could upload a photo, I really would like to do so.
After that , I requested return and refund as I don’t want to spend £30 for this. But making matters worse, they never replied back to me and one of their email [****] doesn’t work.
I feel like I got scammed.
