When will I receive my order?

We do our best to ship orders from our warehouse within 2 business days. We typically deliver our products via the postal service, but we may also use other private delivery services from time to time. We only offer home delivery and do not have pick-up points. Our average delivery times are 10 to 20 business days, but some products may take up to 20 days to be delivered.

 

What should I do if my order is incomplete?

Depending on the size of your order, we might send your items in multiple packages. If you don't receive your entire order at once, don't panic! Our delivery times can vary between 10 and 20 business days, but if you still haven't received your package after 35 business days, we will refund the full amount and you can keep the item.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

We process your orders quickly, usually within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please send us an email at contact@tibetan-soul.com within 12 hours of making your purchase. After this period, your order will have already been shipped and cannot be modified.

 

What should I do if the item I received is defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at contact@tibetan-soul.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo or video. You won't need to return the product, and we'll refund your order amount in the form of a voucher.
