Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return period, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@tibetan-soul.com for instructions on how and where to send your package. Tibetan soul Jet is not responsible for the return shipping costs and we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service if you're returning an item over 75€. Order Changes and Cancellations
You can change or cancel your order only within 24 hours of placing it. Orders that have been placed for over 24 hours cannot be changed or cancelled due to our processing procedures, but you can return them within 14 days according to our return policy.
Pre-ordered Items
Pre-ordered items can be purchased now but will only be shipped on or slightly after the stated release date. Please check the product description for delivery times of pre-ordered items. Please be certain of your pre-order as we do not accept cancellations for pre-orders already placed. If you order a pre-ordered item with other items, your order will not be dispatched. Your order will be held in shipping until your pre-ordered item arrives. If you want your items shipped separately from your pre-ordered item, you must make two separate purchases.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and address it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
